- Paddy went through the Timescale related to the outstanding items for the completion of the plan.
- He issued the framework documents for recording the short term issues,
less than 3 years. and their resolution FormA. To be completed by 12th
Jan.
There was particular concern around a number of the projects meeting this time scale.ie Facilities particularly with respect to School and Surgery. Louise would help John with School and David with Surgery. Communication and Youth following the resignation of Louise have no leadership.Loulou will leave her group effectively now but hopes that Candy will takeover. There has been no work been done yet on “Landowners”
He also issued the framework for the groups to complete with respect to the Interim long term issues also to be returned by Jan12th,form B,together with a CD of the questionnaire and answers. Plus a histogram showing ,for easy reference, question numbers related to topics in the questionnaire.
The meeting on the 12th will be at Paddy’s starting at 6.30pm - Further detail actions agreed were:-
- Paddy will collate maps and photos and drawings.
- Paddy to send letter of support with respect to village shop plans on behalf of this group.
- Louise will liaise with John Adler and make fresh intro to school headteacher.It was felt not appropriate to talk with the school governors to further elucidate the school issues.
- Louise was given new names to approach to find leader for youth group.
- Louise will continue to Search for communication leader,knowing that Guy Ritchie will provide the structuring of the topic.
- David will talk to surgery with view to making intro for John
- Peter can help with the Printing of final report.
- Paddy to meet landowners and make report.
- There were no volunteers to help Paddy with the final drafting of the report.
- David to book the Hall for the 28th.Hugh to organise publicity.
