Actions from last meeting:
1. It was agreed that guidelines for the Groups would be prepared and issued.A draft will be prepared by Louise and agreed and issued by Paddy ASAP LOUISE AND PADDY
2. Expenses were received and approved for Paddy and David,Louise and Roz still have to submit theirs to Paddy.
3. The end of January date for the receipt of the final Group Reports is unlikely to be hit!!
4. Alan will have the Outline of the Landscape Character Assessment by 23 January. ALAN
5. There is no timetable available yet frm Paddy on the Village Design Statement PADDY
Actions from this Meeting:
1. The need for a work/employment group was discussed,but decision held.
2. Timescales see above. There is no current upto date plan timetable.To be produced following next meeting with groups on 23rd Jan.
3. Budget.The outstanding requirement will largely depend on the quality and quantity of the final report. Paddy to finalise PF
4. The need for an Editorial Panel and an Editor was agreed Suitable candidates to be tabled at the next meeting ALL
5. Names of Group Members to be provided .
