Actions
• Team Members will provide sufficient support to the Working Groups as is deemed necessary to ensure a meaningful result. Roz will work with Youth,Facilities and Natural Environment.Hugh will actually lead the Built Environment group,Louise will cover Getting- About and Communications.The groups had not been given very specific directions on what was required,in hindsight this was seen as a shortfall. It maybe necessary even now to issue some guidelines,Paddy to consider guidelines on structure of reports
• The end of January is now the expected date for the final report from the Action Groups.
• Paddy and Susanne Duval will produce the Village Design Statement.
• Alan will lead the creation of the Landscape Character Assessment supported by David
• Claims for expenses to date to be sent to Paddy for approval before payment. All 2006 expenses to be in by 14th December
• Next Meeting 12 December Paddy’s House.
