The AGM took place on the 24th October 2007 in Limpley Stoke Village Hall and was attended by both drivers and passengers. It was reported that during the last year 331 journeys had been made to shops, hospitals, village events, the Post Office, the hairdresser and to friends.

A vote of thanks was passed to Michael Pain who was retiring after acting as Hon. Treasurer for many years and more recently as Auditor. Thanks were also passed to Sue Cottam who had resigned as Secretary to the Committee. In the absence of any other nominations the Committee was re-elected and Sheila Reiter was elected as Secretary.

The Chairman, Harry Reiter, thanked the drivers and the committee members for their support. In particular he thanked the co-coordinators for their valiant work which made the service possible.
