Welcome to our local horticultural society. Here, the love of the English garden is well and truly alive. We have a thriving membership. Why not join us and enjoy the benefits of being able to share in a common interest?You will have the opportunity to attend talks by horticultural experts and to visit gardens of wonder and beauty.The annual subscription is £5. Also, the Annual Show (see below) provides a marvellous opportunity for adults and children alike to show off their talents for gardening,flower arranging, cookery, painting, handicrafts and photography.Look out too for the special Children and Family Classes.

 Tuesday 4th May. Visit to Kilvert Court Gardens, Shepton Mallet.

 Saturday 15th May. Plant sale at 2.30pm - Rockfields, Limpley Stoke.

 Wednesday 2nd June. Visit (2.30pm) to Great Chalfield Manor Gardens

Saturday 12th June. Freshford Fete with Rose Competition 

 Tuesday 6th July. Visit (2.30pm) to Bristol University Botanic Garden.

August. No meeting.

Annual Show. 11th September 2010

Classes are open to all members of the Society and to residents of Freshford, Limpley Stoke, Hinton Charterhouse and Westwood. Entry Forms will appear in the Parish Magazine and will be made available from the local Post Office, Surgery and the Galleries Shop nearer the time. The entry form must be completed for all adult classes. The fee is 25p for each exhibit. There is no fee for children. Entry forms and fees must be submitted by no later than 6pm on Thursday 9th September to Mrs D. Bunn, Hayes Kopp, Midford Lane, Limpley Stoke.
