The bus will start outside the school, then call at all the service 94 bus stops in the 'Bath direction' until the junction of Midford Lane, then in New Road (outside West House), then from the High Street to Staples Hill at all service 94 bus stops in the 'Trowbridge direction'.
Fares:
The fares for journeys between bus stops in Freshford (School to Pipehouse inclusive and New Road to Staples Hill inclusive) to and from Bradford-on-Avon (Sainsburys and Town Bridge) will be as follows:-
Adult Return: £1.35
Child Single: £0.45
Child Return: £0.80
Additional Notes:
- The bus operates upon arrival at Sainsburys as a service 37 journey to Melksham (Sainsburys depart 1150hrs, Town Bridge arrive 1155hrs) - through fares will be available
- 'Fare-paying' customers from Freshford, Limpley Stoke and Westwood will be entitled to one free single journey between Sainsburys and the Town Bridge on town service 98 (Sainsburys depart 1210hrs and 1240hrs, Town Bridge depart 1215hrs, 1245hrs and 1315hrs)
- The bus will operate for a trial period of 6 months, after which its takeup will be evaluated. We counrage all rsidents to make full use of this new service, so that we can lobby for an increased service in the future.
